A native of Florence, Tallon has been involved in Real Estate since graduating USC in 1999. He began his career with The SIM Group where he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Tallon was responsible for overseeing marketing and advertising for the company in Florence and Charleston markets where they developed neighborhoods and built houses from starter homes to high end custom homes.
Throughout his career, Tallon has represented buyers and sellers of both Residential and Commercial properties, as well as property management services. He is also a Certified Residential Appraiser providing appraisal services throughout the Pee Dee since 2011.
Tallon is married to Meg Temple (formerly Meg Bryant of Darlington) and they have two sons, John Wyatt and Stirling.
